  • Amazingly simple, yet shockingly powerful ways to guarantee your email are being read

    Referring to email marketing, it is unlikely to
    be successful online without some form of
    marketing via email. You need to know how to make
    use of your customer list and boost up your
    business.

    You can easily send a mailing in the evening and
    earn thousand of dollars by the time you wake up
    in another day through the use of the email
    marketing.
    First, you must develop an attention-grabbing
    subject line. While it's one thing to send an
    email out to your 20,000 prospects; it's another
    thing to get any of them to read it. It will
    depend how well you can craft the "subject" line
    of your email promotion message.

    So, how we could do it? You need to be personal
    in your email. There is something both attention-
    grabbing and exciting about seeing your name in
    the subject line of an email. Normally, we just
    love to see our own names. The truth is, when we
    see our name in the subject line, we immediately
    are drawn to it... (e.g. Gilbert, this is the
    free e-book that I would like you to have, etc).
    This could easily down using almost every
    autoresponder system.
    By the way, do not make odd claims like "Earn $50,
    000 overnight." If it isn't believable, then
    reader will simply delete your email without ever
    reading it.
    Personalization will "typically" means that it is
    not really SPAM. While some spammers do have
    access to databases with our names, for the most
    part their lists are built by harvesting emails.

    You should also only send your emails to your
    target your audience. (e.g. If your audience are
    interested in reprint rights, you could include
    title as "New reprint rights released today, Sell
    this new product and keep every penny and etc")

    The prospects may receive 500 emails a day, but
    if they are interested in reprint rights (and
    they would be, or they wouldn't be on that list)
    then the particular subject line is going to
    stand out when you download your emails."

    By combining personalization and targeted
    audience, then you have a very compelling subject
    line (e.g. "Gilbert, reprint rights are available!
    ")
    Another key thing to attract the reader to take a
    look at your message is to use "power" words. It
    will trigger our emotions and are strong
    motivators for reader to read furher.

    So what do I mean by "Power" word?

    A "power" word is a word that appeals to the
    senses (e.g. Unlimited, guaranteed, step by step,
    free, new, amazing, exclusive, deadline, first 10,
    etc). It's been shown in research that we do not
    buy based on logic, but rather on emotion. Email
    marketing works on that same principle.
    It will be powerful if you could combine any of
    the Power words with a deadline.

    The next thing is to use promising which is used
    to present a desirable result. Your subject line
    must make some kind of promises. In a split
    second when the reader views the email subject,
    it must clearly indicate to them that there is
    something that awaits them if they read your
    email. It must be something that the reader does
    not want to miss out on and it must appeal to the
    emotions as those they were waiting for the
    climax of a great movie.
    Your email subject line should also create
    expectation. Reader don't buy products because
    they want your product... they buy products
    because they want the result of your product.

    Look at the following examples:

    1) "Setup your own internet business today..."
    2) " Setup your own internet business in a day"

    Both have a power word and fairly interesting.
    But which one creates expectation? The second one
    makes a promise. This is one of the biggest keys
    in email marketing, and yet is often overlooked.
    You will always have better results with a
    subject line that creates expectation.

    If you can apply these three keys, "Personal,
    Powerful and Promising" to any form of email
    marketing you use (e.g. autoresponders,
    newsletters, joint venture offers), you will be
    successful.

  • How To Identify and Avoid Paid Survey Scams

    With so many paid survey scams those days, and so many websites promoting those scams, often it is difficult to determine which is real and which is the ugly, especially for survey newcomers. However, there are ways you can identify them and avoid them:

    1. Please remember: Never pay anyone to do paid surveys and get paid. Legitimate paid survey sites are always FREE to join and cost absolutely Nothing to take surveys and get paid. If anyone ask you to pay or provide credit card information, walk away!

    2. The most common scam sites work like this: They claim they are paid survey sites and ask you to sign up and provide your personal information. They then turn around sell your information. Often those sites are overly simplified, no company information etc, all they ask is your name and email address, and you won't know what's going on until you register. If you see a site like this, walk away.

    3. If you come cross a site that you are not sure if it is legitimate or not, please be sure to check their privacy policy. If you are not happy with their policy or they don't have a privacy policy, stay away. A legitimate company's privacy policy should state something like "We do NOT reveal or sell your personal information to any third parties..." in the "How do we use information collected" section.

    4. Please be aware the difference between paid surveys sites and get paid sign up offer sites. The later sometimes say they are survey sites, in fact they are not. They are the sites you get paid for signing up free or trial offers, and sometimes you need to provide credit card information to sign up non-free trials or offers.

    5. Stay away from the websites promoting known scam "survey" sites - usually those sites promise you make thousands of dollars doing paid surveys, and lot of them claim that they have a list of 300+ or 400+ paid survey sites. ( The truth is there are NOT hundreds of sites that pay! Over the course of 3 years, there are only around 70 survey sites have paid me or at least sent me a survey!) - They are just promoting anything they can find for commission, and they can NOT be trusted.

    6. Trust your instinct - sometimes you just have a gut feeling about a scam site just by it's look and feel. In this case, you are probably right, trust yourself and walk away.

    7. You can always do your research for a certain survey site. Fox example, type "A survey site" in Google, you might find "A survey site is a scam!" listed among the top search results!

    8. Finally, remember NEVER provide sensitive personal information to anyone, never give out your social security number, driver's license numbers, credit card, bank account information to anyone. I have never has a survey site requires me to provide these information to get paid.

    The internet is full of information about earning money online and when you believe the claims, making money online should be a very easy thing to do. But we all know the truth. Earning money online is not as easy as they say.


    MY “EARN-MONEY-FAST” FIASCO

    Okay, I have to admit that it took me a couple of months to figure that out. Like hundreds of thousands of people I tried a lot of those “earn-money-fast opportunities”. If I didn't make any money the first couple of months after I had signed up, I just gave up and moved on to the next opportunity. I began the whole process all over again. I searched for a new site that promised a lot of money fast and without hard work and joined again.

    Disappointed and almost believing that making money from the Internet was just a dream, the cold, hard truth hit me like a brick: ”There is no way that you can make money online unless you are willing to work hard.”

    There is no way that you can make money online unless you are willing to work hard. But, if you are persistent and willing to work for it, you really can make money online.

    Actually, believe it or not, there is a roadmap that almost can guarantee that you will make money online. It won’t make you rich overnight but if you work one or to two hours each day you will see that making money online isn’t so hard after all.

    Step 1 – Let your passion be your guide in finding a lucrative market

    Making money online is hard. It won’t be easy and you must be willing to work hard, so make sure you are passionate about what you are doing. If you are passionate you are more motivated. if you are not passionate, you are less likely to persist and succeed.

    Make a list of all your interest, all your knowledge, all the hobbies you have ever persuaded, … and ask yourself what you are passionate about, what topic you’d like to learn more about, … After a few minutes you should have a list of jobs, hobbies and interests that could lead you to your lucrative market. Please keep in mind that the Internet is huge and there is an audience for almost anything. If you really believe that you do not have any skills or knowledge, you are selling yourself short.

    Narrow your list down to four or five topics that you would like to explore further. Once you finished this task, you should have a few subjects on with to base your further research.

    Step 2 – Start Researching your Market Online

    It really doesn’t matter if you are starting a business online or if you're simply looking to grow your current part time internet business. Market Research is the only thing that can help you avoid making expensive and time consuming blunders and it can literally make the difference between significant success and abject failure.

    When you research your market online, you will not walk into a new market blind. It will make it possible to run the right promotions, to make offers your visitors love, and to out market your competition in the search engines.

    Market Research will not only reveal all the information you need to start or grow your business the right way, you will also find out exactly who you're up against. Knowing your competition, knowing what they are doing and sometimes finding out what they are doing wrong, will give you the opportunity to fly past the competition and become really successful.

    Market research is an essential step when you want to start your own online business. Especially when you do not know anything of the market that you are entering. Market research is necessary to get something that’s known as affinity to the market which means getting any sort of experience or relationship with the market and that’s really where market research comes in. The better you know your market, the better you’re likely to do. Otherwise, you’re just guessing, and guessing isn’t very good for the health of a business.

    The level of market research depends on what you want to achieve. Your goals are very important because it will determine what kind of time and money you’re going to spend starting or growing your business, which will in turn influence how long you will spend researching, because of course the more time and money you need to spend, the fewer chances you want to take.

    Step 3 – Take action

    When doing your own market research online, you may have more information than you’ll know what to do with. That’s a good thing, of course, but at some point you’ll have to stop your research and make your decision about whether to proceed into that market or not.     The key to successfully finding and selling your writing online lies in persistence, and in knowing where to look. The above leads will send you in the right direction, without any of the hunting around that I had to do in the beginning.

    Write new content regularly and post it at Constant Content. Search the job listings on a daily basis. And when you find something you like the look of, apply right then and there. Competition can be fierce, and getting in at the beginning will give you an even better chance of success.
